Our February meeting will focus on Winlink. We will start with a classroom session and then move to hands on training with various TNC’s to use Winlink to send radiograms, ICS-213 forms, and shelter reports. Due to the length of this meeting, breakfast and lunch will be provided.  This event is part of our training series to complete your ARRL ARES Taskbook.
