ARRL-NFL website now supports HTTPS

We have implemented Secure HTTP on the site.

The site is setup to automatically redirect you to the secure version of the webpage (using https://) so you will always be using the secure site.
You should now see the little padlock symbol in your address bar and you should no longer see any warnings about the site being insecure.
