10 week Amateur Radio class sponsored by Five Flags amateur Radio Assoc (FFARA) and Pensacola State College (PSC). Course name is “Introduction to Amateur Radio and Upgrade”. Students are requires to Register with the Continual Education Dept of PSC. The cost is $21.00. Class will be on Tues and Thurs from 6PM – 8:30PM. We teach all 3 level of Amateur Radio Class Licensing (Tech, Gen, Extra). There are 2 Field Trips (Escambia County EOC, FFARA monthly meeting), a Mini Field Day Demo/project, and an Antenna Construction Project, in addition to the classroom instructions.
