Escambia County Dedication

Escambia County ARES will dedicate the Public County Safety Building’s ARES Room in Memory of L. R. “Rudy” Hubbard WA4PUP on 12 November 2021 starting at 11:00 am. All are invited. Rudy served as Section Manager for Northern Florida 1988-2006 and was a primary coordinator for the Gulf Coast Amateur Response during many hurricanes including post-Hurricane Katrina when WA4PUP tireless coordination with other Section Managers from Florida, South Alabama, and South Mississippi helped in deploying amateur radio emergency communication assets to Louisiana.
